The nice thing about working in a hospital as an RN us that it's really easy to pick up extra shifts since we are chronically understaffed.

If you think that's put a large dent in your budget and will really shift the ROI then I would renegotiate with the seller. 

If I see a great property for a good price in a subdivision that I know or have lived in or invested in the past, it automatically becomes a better deal for me because I know by address how far the schools are, I know where the supermakets and train stations are, I know what the comps are without looking.

It's not fair for someone new to the forum to automatically be accused of being a "troll" because they want to know more about a particular program.
