Good Morning all, I am in the DMV ( Maryland area) and wanted to know the best sources ( besides REI Meetups) to find solid performing buyers?

There's a duplex in a solid B area listed for $179,900, in pretty good shape overall, and I believe I could rent each side for $1,000/month.

Is it often a waste of time from an investor standpoint or is there value sometimes?

The company itself from what I know is solid. 

Curious to know if anyone out there is using a virtual assistant to generate solid buyer leads? 

Plenty of willing sellers out there, seems like a waste of your own time trying to convince someone who doesn't want to sell to do it.

I like duplexes in Chattanooga quite a bit they have fairly solid returns.

Investing in any Project without taking action is in my opinion a waste of time.
