Yes it slows you down a little but it provides you the opportunity to enjoy both the tax benefits of depreciation and tax deferral through the 1031.  

Well if the Republicans move to Canada if Hillary wins they are going to be disappointed with what they find since they are more socialist than we are.As far as Denver goes I am curious to see what happens here over the next few months, I think we have such a shortage of homes it's hard to think it will slow too much but maybe some slow down a bit and have some price corrections, hopefully materials and labor will correct a little bit too.
