@Ty Burns First let me say congrats. seconds that is not bad at all $3,500 profit is not that bad at all you will find wholesale deal prices have to be kept low in order appeal to experienced buyers.

It seems we never hear stories of successful turnkey exits, but I am sure they happen.I suppose that I tend to prefer investments with high barriers of entry either in location or product type with a value-add component, so it may just be hard to see the real appeal here.

I am not set on the rental market as a 2 AM toilet broken phone call or a month or two empty rental does not really appeal to me but I do recognize that it is a good long term investment so I might be tempted.Looking to gain KNOWLEDGE wherever it comes from.Looking forward to getting to know the BiggerPockets community better.Jacki
