There’s plenty of meetups happening every month (in person and virtual).

We have been virtual wholesaling since April 2020 in different parts of the country but our company is based in Willingboro, NJ.

You can do a virtual tour via video with your realtor.I have yet to see a home we've made an offer on in person.

You can also join Meetup.com groups, many are still meeting virtually right now. 

The house is the ugliest one in the 2 block radius and is located near a small liberal arts college.

House hacking is a great way to start, especially as interest rates are so low now.There's a Vermont REIA (I think just search on that term and it should come up), and I believe they're s doing a virtual meetup sometime soon.Feel free to reach out if you have questions.- Tom

Tenant screening will virtually eliminate evictions and most tenant problems.
