As of recently, I have been watching videos, listening to podcast, and doing the Ultimate Beginners Guide to fully understand how Real Estate Investing works and the different ways I could invest.

@Daniel Guerra most of the cities are working remote and are still doing in person inspections or by pictures/video.

For all of you active real estate investors that want to be able to pounce on a deal as soon as you find it, I'm assuming you are always in good standing with a lender and have a pre-approval letter ready to submit with the offer.

I think you still have some YouTube video learning to do.

I would learn as much as I can from books and other's, videos, etc.

Doing a video walkthrough of the home and sharing that with potential buyers is a huge benefit in my opinion as you can really get a sense of the flow and space.

As an agent I’ll submit your offers and negotiate to get you what you want.
