I live in California and your ROI is a lot stronger in this area compared to many vacation destinations across the country.

A legit one will include you Actually submitting tax returns, W-2’s, bank statements, etc. in addition to a credit report.Oh, and get one for the max you are approved for, regardless of how much you plan on borrowing, it shows you are a stronger candidate to buy.

The team I'm working with has four assistants in addition to the main property manager, and he's not the only main property manager at the company.

OK so when I started in real estate I was 18  broke and living at home... in my day and this was mid 70s you sold real estate so how do you do that.. you get your real estate license and go work on a team.. you can do this part time.. 

Now I jacked up rents, dropped PMIs, and handed them off to a solid PM team.
