For the third one: it is not so uncommon that someone's proficiency in written English doesn't match their spoken English (if we are talking about where English is not someone's primary language).

The savings rate on whatever account you use needs to at least match the rate determined by the state otherwise you'd run the risk of actually losing money on the interest rate spread.

If you are looking for lower end rentals SFR maybe try Azeez K on here.If you are looking for properties that do not cash flow that much but are more expensive with better appreciation in areas such as Johns Creek then James Park might be a good match.
