Current tenants are all 4 years at least, with 1 retail unit starting a 2 year lease this past June.Asking price is $310,000 and the rental income, which has stepped increases in rents currently sits at $36k for 2021, and $40k for 2022.My only fear is that to recoup my initial down payment would be quick and a good investment.

Problem is, I've been staying in a nice little unit at an apartment complex, and my one-year lease is not up until February.I plan on sitting down and speaking with my apartment manager later today about ending my lease early.

Here are some of the property details:Property 1:- built 2018- Central air and heat - 3 bed 2 bath sitting on .5 acres. - Current rent $1,100. - Asking price $115,000Property 2:- Built 2014- Central air and heat - 3 bed 1 bath sitting on .5 acres. - Current Rent $900- Asking price $75,000this will be the first time i have looked into manufactured homes so im not real sure on what all i need to be looking for or if they are even a good investment.

The sheer majority of your mailers go to undeliverable addresses (and you need to skip trace them) and/or they throw your mailers away just like I don't bother reading domino's pizza span mailers telling me that if I get a large pizza I get 5 pounds of anchovies for free.Secondly, just like texts and calling, people also get a TON of mailers sent to them, so again DMM does NOT stand you out.That said, ALL the methods shown here are bad.Do you all understand how many phone calls I get from people that say "Hey I got your card in the mail, how doe sit work?".
