Greetings BP community, does anyone have experience using an analysis software program with partnership options?  

I feel, for now, that I'm a bit to early to discuss it in depth with them as I would come across as a novice looking for funding and guidance rather than a strategic partnership when I'm more prepared.

partnerships are rarely the appropriate arrangement. form anLLC that contains a push/pull buy sell clause that defines how the arrangement will be terminated.

Row homes are operate at a fraction of the operating costs/repairs, Philadelphia's tax is a fraction of NJ and the price point is doable.Also, don't rule out a partnership - if you doubled the investment you would upgrade everything.

It is all about networking and growing friendships and partnerships, IMO.

Should I do signed  partnership  agreement?   

it is a 50-50% partnership between you and the tenant.
