Any advice is much appreciated
Literally just started reading and listening to podcast 2 weeks ago. I have nothing setup in terms of business cards, flyers, phone, etc.. I was just talking to someone that knew someone who was ready to put their house on the market. I was called this evening by the sellers and they are ready to sell. My problem is I don't have a mentor and the one person I reached out to wants 50%. Is that too much? I really want to put a contract on the property. I don't mind paying for anybody's time, I just don't want to get taken advantage of. I just started and feeling my way through the dark, any help will be appreciated.
