Hi, a friend of mine and I would like to buy a property as partners and wanted to put the agreement on paper with the terms and conditions to avoid any confusions. Can anyone pls suggest someone good who can write such an agreement ? Prefer someone in DFW area if possible so I can stop by to meet up. Not even sure who can write such a contract for us....An RE attorney/CPA? Thanks.

Sonu Sharma depending on your resources and timeline another place to try is a Law School Clinic - Texas A&M in Fort Worth, SMU or UNT in Dallas. It is free and the students are working under the supervision of licensed, and often extremely knowledgeable attorneys.
