I believe that as demand increases apartment holders will install carging stations as needed to attract the tenants they want.

Also I used the Morris train line station and used the train stops for possible prospects!  

We were without electricity for four days and that doesn't sound like a lot until you realize no ATM machine works, no grocery store cash register works, no gasoline station can pump gas out of the ground, etc. etc. etc.

Marine Corps brought us out to California 13 years ago for our first duty station; and we never left.  

Chances are, just by being here on BP, if you stopped for gas at a busy station, you'd know more about RE than most of the people there!

I'm stationed in Germany and we'll be getting reassigned to Texas this month I'm looking forward to it because it is a good place to start as a real estate investor.

The prices are much much higher in the wealthier towns next to the train stations? 

Our son is stationed at Pearl Harbor.
