Keep reading this site.Shovel snow (until you drop from exhaustion), cut lawns (as many as you can), push peoples car that are stuck in the snow (for $20 with a friend and split the $$$)....Just some ways a 14 year old can accumulate money...Just don't lend it or spend it....be a Miser until you get your cash saved up.When you are 16, get the best paying (stable) job you can find, and work as many hours as you can.Good Luck!

Unfortunately some of the investors I've spoken to have this mentality that "the best deals aren't listed", which is a ludicrous idea to me, because no one is exactly going to call you to an alleyway pulling a house out of trench coats, but nonetheless, I'm curious as to what the biggerpockets' community thinks of this situation.

I am just a little bitter that I had the wealth building mentality as a teenager and it took me 20 years to get back to it, I kind of blame college for distracting me as it kind of trained me to get a job and work hard at it and increase salary.
