All that being said, I think it's dangerous to assume nothing will happen - better to get involved in opposing this idea than to be surprised that it passed.

I got involved with a group that meets weekly by phone after buying the intention journal that BP put out at the end of last year.

A lot of newbies but there are also people that are pretty heavily involved in real estate investing.

I wonder if they were saying it costs about 10k for the materials to "print" the exterior walls or something, not counting the labor, overhead and machinery involved to build those walls...Not even counting the foundation, roof, utilities, trim, partition walls, doors, paint, etc.

Very easy to post on there and in the process will give you maximum exposure where the eye balls are.For the lower income areas we are seeing about 50/50 between the Zillow partner sites and Craigslist.

Most owners don't want to be involved for this reason.  

I'm working with an agent and have my eye on a few properties. 

I'll keep an eye on this for now and reevaluate my criteria once I move out this summer.
