The fact that you are unwilling to buy properties due to what you call insane prices and them having doubled in value is insane.

Is there a website that provides updated location information such as population growth, average median home sales, rental capacity, etc.. like a one stop shop of data to analyze and determine what is a possible doable area to invest in?

I knew the area was appreciating in value and so did my Realtor.

Find an investor-friendly agent who specializes in multi-family and who has access to all of the MLS data in your area.
