Long story short we get comps, and give Mike an offer in writing.

I didn't last very long as a sales agent, couldn't hack what it takes to be a top producer.Man, I hate those stories and they are everywhere.  

My story is one of heartbreak and resilience - which, I'm sure resonates with all.

Because I decided not to invest in the very same triplex I've been renting from for many years, I have to move out (long story).  

Your very valid point regarding the difficulties in filing those cases does not negate the impact of them having been decided in the owners favor.I also failed to mentioned how difficult it is to file and win a claim of an invalid sale.

So far the home is currently in lis pendas  deed is still under the late fathers name. the only thing that confuses me is the fact that the property taxes are going to a random address to this other person who is actually paying the taxes on time. now i don't know what my next move should be, any suggestions or ideas of what i should do next cause i'm stuck..... i hope my story makes sense  

And if what you are looking for is a credit card with high credit limit, then that's a different story...
