Hello BP world!  I'm Brad, good to be here.  I've been a computer guy for 3 decades, own a couple rentals, but now want to learns the real ins and outs of the Real Estate business. I'm located in Southern California. O. C.  I'm interested in wholesaling and rental units.  I'm a newbie.  But I'm a quick study.  Hope to be sharing stories with you all soon.
