I was also inspired by watching some HGTV programs on Netflix last night and I really think this may be a field that interest me, I know TV is nothing like real life.I was also encouraged by Episode 113 of the BP Podcast which I have heard about 3 times and was only published yesterday and I was given a gleam of hope that I may be able to one day become a successful investor.  

Long story short she put a house on Craigslist for rent and then noticed a rogue ad a week or two later with different contact info--offering to rent her house at a different price. 

That would make a good story even better.

(short story)I met a realtor at The Home Depot..we had talked and he just happened to work for Berk..Hath! 

I do make my own lists using a few different methods but like I said I've heard of the success stories people had with list source so I wanted to try a list I had in mind.  

I would like to hear not only what the seasoned veterans have to say about this topic along with their stories, but also the wannabe investors who can't seem to pull the trigger and or did pull the trigger too soon.
