I have located numerous properties In Pensacola Florida which will produce cash flow.

The property itself is still producing the same $100 a month, and the cash you've invested is returning the additional $50.

In my opinion, there's no excuse for staying in his property and not paying the rent other than being denied safe/peacable and or healthy/sanitary habitation.

I've started this, I live in a small town so my 30 day list only included 4 properties. the agent then went back 90 days which produced 39 properties, much better.
