Fully renovated the project from top to bottom- renovated both bathrooms and turned one into a master bathroom- added LED throughout - expanded the master bedroom- added an island and converted the stove from electric to gas- replaced the roof- replaced all windows- added a deck and new fence - finished the basement and took the house from a 2/2 to a 5/2- added concreted steps that lead to the front door- full exterior paint- added 4 egress windows- and much more!!

I finishing up abcs of real estate investing right now.

So now that the goals and mid-long term plans have been discussed, I want to ask your opinions on what we should do moving forward to finance these plans.FINANCING: Right now, we are days away from finishing up the refinance part of a BRRRR strategy house.

Also foundation slab seems to be uneven, looks like someone amateur poured in the concrete and dint finish it well, there is a slop in the foundation slab itself.

I have this SFH property under contract and lender just finished with the appraisal.

@Philip Cook If you are thinking of STVR ask yourself in Stevens Point who would want to vacation in one in Stevens Point in a multi family area when they could rent a cabin on water?

@Whitney Hutten the lender is just taking so long to finish refi on my primary residence.

Also, have contractor's contract have a date to finish project by, and deduct if not.

The questions so far:Re: zoning - Do we run into floor space ratio issues if/when the basement is converted to finished space, even though there will still only be two or three units total in the building?

We finished the renovation and refinanced the property about 7 months later.
