My quick introduction

My name is Marvin Hudson. I'm 31 years old and based out of the Columbus, OH area. i'm currently working in banking and have a side job as a personal trainer. I'm looking to get into real estate investing because I want to have more control of my time and build some wealth. As well as having more control of my time, I would like to use some of my revenue down the line to open of my own gym. I'm very aware of the difficulties and successes of REI because my father is a successful investor in the South Florida area, in fact, he referred me to this website. I would like purchase my first property by the end of next year. Looking forward to network with everyone I can on this site, especially REI in the Columbus, OH area.
