I view each new flip as an opportunity to credit-card-hack:Open a new promotional card prior to closing and put all of your expenses on that card.Once you have completed the promotion, cancel the card after 6 months to avoid the annual charge (first year is usually free).After 2 cards, I now have enough flyer miles for a free round-trip anywhere in the world, it is a nice added bonus and doesn't cost anything.

Oh and by using this site sometimes it gets tripped up if you put in the zip code so I would suggest that you put it in with and without and see if the map is the same.
