New and just starting out! Looking for advice on how to get started Wholesaling?

Hi everyone I'm new to the forums chat and looking for some guidance on how to start wholesaling in the Central Texas market. I've been doing a ton of reading to learn as much as I can and feel like i'm  ready to get out there and start networking and applying my knowledge! What types of properties are folks looking to acquire in this market? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
