Rehab Walk Through Analysis Tools

Hi BP Family! I am in the process of trying to compile a rehab cheat sheet to use on/during walk throughs and after for general cost analysis. I know this knowledge will come with more experience, but It would be great to compare or have one for reference to judge against now. If anyone has one they wouldn't mind sharing or can point me in the right direction for content to reference that would be great. Thanks so much!
