Truth be told...I probably would have paid close to asking for it.If you have an eye for the deal and know the risks I believe you can find a good deal on any platform.

As for minimizing theft I actually have a guy on the street I buy cigarettes for and give him a little money to keep his eyes on things for me.

Now, you can try to strike that language (or use an addendum, to make it assignable) but any Realtor or agent - myself included - is going to look at that cross-eyed because that's pretty much stating you are not the ultimate end buyer.  

Ask your contractors to be an extra set of eyes for you also.
