You pay to live here and you really have to want to live here to make it worth it.If you love Galveston and the water, fishing, being outdoors, then yes, move here, find a duplex that will pay your mortgage and enjoy.

The 1st property is a vacation home we are building, the mortgage is approx 300k and the value as it stands is about 700k, completed will be about 900-950k.

Depending on the opportunities, we'll probably start with flipping and do buy-and-hold at a later stage, both in the Netherlands.In my private time I enjoy playing field hockey, sailing/boating and doing all kinds of technology projects (Arduino, electronics, etc) I love technology, how it makes our lives easier and I love to combine this love with real estate.

Each violation allows for different eviction / notice to vacate terms of time.
