BIRDDOGGING 101 NEWBIE INPUT NEEDED

Hey guys this message is for Newbies or those who have not closed a deal. I have a wealth of knowledge on birddogging which I believe is an excellent way to get started escpecially if you have no real estate knowledge, or your in an unfamiliar market.

To help Newbies, I am currently writing a book on birddogging and I want to make sure I provide high quality information. A little back story on me I moved across the country with a family, no money, and had prospective employment but that did not work out. To make things worse I moved to one of the most competitive markets in the nation Phoenix. I figured that now was the time to do something I had a passion for and because of that decision I"M DOING WELL in Real Estate. I would like to provide insight on how to effectively birddog when getting started and facing similiar challenges.

Make sure you clarify the difference between a bird dog, a wholesaler and just a prospecting/lead generating assistant, which is what bird dogging really is.
