So yes if you have a dog of a property thats right but lets not forget the money is made on the buying end, make a bad buy then you are there hard to sell property. thank you for reading and engaging

So while there's a lap pool, gym, concierge, bocce court, and numerous other amenities, there's nary a tub in the place. . . unless you count the tubs in the dog spa.

@Stephen Shelton Actually you’re not responsible for any of the things you mentioned (trees falling, dogs biting, old people slipping) unless somebody can prove you negligent, just like the utility is daring you to try and find them negligent here.
