Creative Ways of Working with No Money

Hello Investors!

My question for you is, what are some creative ways you have manufactured a deal with little to none of your own money?

I have recently got in touch with a more experienced and well funded investor and have a strong relationship with them, and I’m curious as to ways to present a potential partnership on a prospective deal to them without involving much of or any of my own money.

What has worked for you?

Thanks!

Little money yes , no money - no . If you have zero skin in the game it’s very unlikely anyone is going to work with you . That’s just the reality of today’s business climate .im sure you’ve seen the books or videos on no money down deals  but those are very rare these days of the Information Age . Even red necks fools and old people know what they have these days and expect to get paid . The days of finding a person in over their head and taking over their mortgage without a cash down payment are over
