Calling all amarillo texas lenders.
I have found an off market property that I am having severe difficulties finding financing for.
Issues: There are 3 manufactured homes that have been moved to the property.
Yes they have all been set on permanent foundations but since they were moved to the property I am turned down from traditional mortgage loans.
Apparently there is a secondary mortgage market that I have tried and also have been turned down due to the PROPERTY.
My commercial lenders also have turned me down due to the manufactured homes.

Sits on 8 acres
Has a 3 car garage
A 1 car garage
5 large horse stalls
A huge shop
Chicken coop
Multiple storage rooms
Fenced in yard
