That combined with the possibility of higher interest rates would bring the affordability index down to dangerous levels causing a decline in pricing.

While there are some small areas in those neighborhoods that are semi ok, for the most part, the south and west sides are pretty dangerous.

I think the danger here is there is a grey area regarding what you can and cannot do without a real estate license.

Most of their "investors" they referred me to for visiting with are not full time professionals and are unaware of the financial danger they may be in.I never could get anyone in the company to comment on their method of property transfer or that they may be creating ticking timebombs in peoples' portfolios.  

Just willy nilly recording purchase contracts that wholesalers get is pretty dangerous.. glad you do not do that.

neighbor complaints may give you a lever...I believe the "no eviction" have an exception for criminal and dangerous behavior?

@Scott Trench so I know folks say to call the police but it really sounds like a waste of police time as well (she didn't mention being threatened or feel in danger, just mad).

This can put you in a very dangerous situation. 

The key to podcasts for me is listening to what they say but internalizing how you apply it to yourself or a specific deal, stock knowledge is better than none at all, but little knowledge is pretty dangerous and costly. what makes a deal tick, specially seller finance without proper guidance could make or break their bank.
