I have a concrete crew that does mostly does stamped / colored patios (along w/ std. flatwork) here in the front range.

And when people see my neon flyers around they will know that the color means I buy houses.

Hi, I'm working on a new rental I bought and we are torn on what color appliances we should get.Stainless Steel would look much better (in most people's eyes) but it cost slightly more and the biggest issue we have is against DENTING. 

It looks like the "hidden" text had the font color changed to white (to match the background) and new textboxes were added with the fake info.   

For example, the $1500 for painting would get me a 3-color paint scheme in Atlanta (ceiling, walls, trim)...for this house, I'm expecting a 2-color paint scheme (ceiling/walls and trim).I'm guessing that labor prices here are about 20% more than Atlanta, but I haven't verified that yet.

I had written off bamboo because the only applications I've seen in person are the light colors from the early years with lots of markings and the finishes have not worn well.

Hey Guys:If you are suggesting that nothing has changed from the Private Lenders then one of us is wearing "rose colored glasses". 

He has an eye for details and colors that I just don't have.

There are many people I run across that view Canada through rose colored glasses and feel that we are in our very own Disneyland of sorts.
