The area is very walkable with plenty of access to public transportation as well.

First of all I want to say that a realtor did give me access to the MLS but I do not see any way on here to search for sold properties.

I think access to a good team (management, contractors) and a good tenant pool (researching demographics, economics etc) of an area are important too.

We have topo, tree, setback, etc. survey items from our surveying company and have looked at access to utilities and floodplain items.

I a different note, can I use the house a place to store the property and allow previous owner access to get their property out.

And usually you will be able to gain access to such list at no charge, you just have to call the city up and ask for the "code enforcement" department (as it's usually referenced regardless of city).

I have a home which will be furnished, will have cable, will have wifi, pool table, TVs, free access to walk about a nearly 40 acre estate (horses allowed/archery hunting allowed), city park with walking paths, playground, skateboard park, soccer fields, brand new recreation center (all within walking distance).
