C1 may allow a property to be used as a day care, restaurant, bank, florist shop, bed and breakfast etc. but NO multifamily. 

It is a 3 bed 1 1/2 bath in a great market houses sell fast .

My guess is you have space for Laundry and storage and possibly laundry and a 1 bed unit.

I have a friend from out of the country that's looking to stay there for three months b in a furnished apartment or Airbnb or even rent a place and buy a bed, for  October 1st to end of December.

Four 950 square foot units; 3- beds, 2-baths.

I believe the rent could be higher due to location(2 beds in area go for well over $900) and about $10,000 worth or work.

I've checked some of the single family homes in the area around the same beds/baths/sqft and they were around 230k-300k.

Possibly a 3 bed 2 bath. 

Yeah - part of me doubts furniture, etc, will not cost 20k for a 4 bed, 2.5 bath home.

I have owned the same 3 bed 1+ 1/2 for 30 years.
