Or their elderly parents had to live somewhere in a separate apartment, where they have to drive over to baby sit, and their kids have to drive the other way when their parents need assistance.As to addresses, duplexes and triplexs I own all have the same address for all the units, so I don't know what the problem is in your case.

I think there would be a lot more wealth built, and many more happy endings for real estate investors if folks focused on the strong financial foundation built through the first 3 baby steps prior to investing, and did the simple, hard fundamentals of saving up a down payment, building strong credit, and living frugally to maximize their savings rates.
