Gooood morning/afternoon/evening to those who read this whenever,

My name is Christian and I am just getting into the real estate game, despite how the market is right now I want to get into it and grind. I'm slowly learning how this real estate game works and I want to become knowledgeable in all aspects, not better.

I am happily married with a soon-to-be baby on the way. As this happened to me, it opened up my eyes to want to get out of the normal 9-5 job and find a way to earn passive income and work on MY TIME not someone else's. MY TIME that I want to spend is with my family, and I don't want to miss a beat of it.

I'm currently serving in the Army and this'll be my last contract, hitting almost 10 years in 2026. People tell me to stay in and do 20, but by doing so I'm working way more than the 9-5 everyday (M-F). So I'll be missing everyday life with my family. I've learned a lot while in, but it's time for a new chapter.

My hobbies are cooking, staying fit, and outdoor adventures. Trying to get back into reading, but I fall asleep too fast from 3 pages haha.
