They will either say, oh, we were really looking to get more for that, (in which case we end the conversation nicely and ask if we can give them a call in a few months to check in) or if they say "yeah, that's pretty close or not too bad" then we will set the appointment and go see them at the property.

I already got 2 properties under contract, they alwasy deliver from 5 to 8 prequalified call backs leads, all you need to do is to set up an appointment or make the offer over the phone, I really suggest you this company, the company name is 633 real estate solutions (633realestateleads.com) and just to clear this up I am not part of the company at all, I am just so happy for the services that they provide, and the best part is that their agents are english and spanish speakers.

Lack of follow through. those I know that are big at direct mail have teams they get a lead and their buyer rep is making an appointment and out to the property that day.. that's what your competing against.. really depends on what your doing in the business.. now a days for me its networking I spend zero on marketing and get more deals brought to me than I can fund or buy..
