Without the marginal all cash buyers of the world like Invitation Homes, American Homes 4 Rent, etc it would be really bad.  

The institutionalization of SFR ownership with Blackstone's Invitation Homes, Colony, American Homes 4 Rent, etc...has driving up SFR demand and home prices. 

Now if we are discussing things, Great, no problem, but the issue really is the .08 BAC law for DUI, and the fact that ANY is under the influence, would open huge liability meeting with clients over adult beverages, especially if someone is Hurt or Killed, the days of the contract signing over a 3 Martini Lunch are long gone sadly.
