For the record I bought it in '03 for $52 put $2500 in and sold it for $75, got it back 30 months later and put another $8K in and sold it for $92K, so it's been a money maker.This other one I paid $42K for it, put about $200 into it, including adding a 1/2 bath and sold it for $58.
