While I may be alone with regards to my feelings about this subject:In Las Vegas I am a buyer.

The Hoosier Park Casino is bringing a lot of companies and development to the Southside of Anderson and I recommend looking that way if you can find a deal.

I live in Las Vegas Nevada ,  In my home  that I bought and paid for about 7-8 years ago . 

Thinking of looking into the Las Vegas, Palm Springs, Inland Empire, Reno, and East Coast markets.

Places like Reno, Vegas, Phoenix will likely be the beneficiaries of the continued mass exodus. 

Right now I have only invested in Las Vegas and Northern Nevada.

I mean look at what that paper is worth for those that bought with sub prime years ago.. especially NPN seconds.. they are basically worthless.Speculation = Vegas Phx and other areas.Cash out refi for investor so that end of the day investors had no cash and just phantom equity in deals.No control on massive new construction ( IE banks were fast and loose with construction loans for builders) think Atlanta market and Florida.All of the above does not exist any more. 

Can anyone recommend a lawyer in the las vegas/ Henderson area that has this ability and wont charge an arm and a leg for?

Somewhere along the line the professional seminar companies operating out of Provo, Utah and Las Vegas, Nevada decided it would be profitable to “mentor” completely unknowledgeable and unqualified people on wholesaling promising riches galore with no capital or experience necessary (except an ability to hit your credit card for the $20 - 40k necessary to pay for the mentorship program).
