Hello BP!

My name is Blake Alexander and i'm a brand new, "investor-friendly" real estate agent, and RE investor in Los Angeles. I discovered this site last week and since then i've been listening to 5+ podcasts a day, while reading every article and blog post I can get my hands on.

Absolutely fantastic community here! I'm surprised at how available and competent the responses are. Thank you @Joshua Dorkin and the countless others, for building this!

I'm still exploring options but it seems buying cash-flowing, multi-family homes (out of state) are the best options for me. I also really like the idea of wholesaling. Thinking of looking into the Las Vegas, Palm Springs, Inland Empire, Reno, and East Coast markets. I like the idea of using an FHA to buy a tri or quad and living rent free, but I'm still trying to figure out if the numbers would work here.

I look forward to networking and meeting the BP community!
