I am doing some market research for a client who is looking to invest in Southern California.

I am also in Southern California and I am looking for properties to flip.

Good morning everyone, I'm a real estate student in southern California and should have my license in about a month and half or so.

If I watched all of Southern Illinois, I would know way less about a specific properties value against other properties in the area, and have to do way more research on each one - the rule there (for me) is that there are deals with value all over the place if you know how to look, at least in my region.  

I am currently stationed in Southern California but plan to move to San Antonio, TX to live and invest.

Does anyone in the Southern Md area know of a good and fast Hard Money lender?

Living in Southern California I decided to look into investing in my hometown in Southern Oregon.

I knew my last internship had me hooked on real estate..Through the combination of being in a foreign place for over a year (Southerners just aren't meant for Philadelphia - Apparently it's not normal to start random conversations in the north?
