Need a fast Hard Money Lender in Southern MD

My financing fell through on a property I'm purchasing for my parents retirement. I was suppose to close this Friday. There's plenty of equity in the property so shouldn't be any trouble getting financing. Only issue is time. Does anyone in the Southern Md area know of a good and fast Hard Money lender?

As Tarik Turner said, hard money lenders usually lend to non owner occupied property. Try family members, friends, or borrow from your 401k. Good luck.
