LOL.. others just would like a little advice on this or that.I myself who can't do anything technical at all period I mean I still use my Rolodex :) for contacts.one thing though out in our area if you have been in my shoes of buying court house steps that's highly competitive and there is NO way enough deals to go aroundsometimes there will be 10 to 20 bidders with 300k cashiers checks for the opening bids that's 3 to 6 million dollars in cash standing there going after one asset.. so you do need to create your niches and your secrets and then keep them close to the vest.. other wise you won't get ANY deals.in some areas were there is a lot of distressed assets you can all share etc etc..
