I remember a great motivational speaker that I saw who used “Massive Action” in all his workshops.  

I signed up for the Rich Dad Poor Dad workshop tonight.

The property currently has a room in the basement that is unfinished and is a "workshop."

I only upped it to 200A once I built my workshop and ran a 100A sub-panel to it.

I have a design scenario on this home I wanted to get my fellow BP Flippers & Amateur Designers to chime in on...This is the current 1 car garage, workshop, water heater and washer & dryer room for this neat Craftsman home we are renovating.

I am by no means a pro at this, but I have read things from various sources and it's been brought up in different work shops as well.
