I graduated from Christ for the Nations Institute Bible College in 2016 and in 2017 my parents decided to move to Woodland Park, Co and I stepped in as the property manager for their 20 homes and have been loving it!

I have researched quite a few brands and from what I have found, "MSI's Cyrus/Woodland lineup"  from home depot seems to be the best budget option. 

Rental areas to consider could be Natomas, West Sac, Elk Grove, Arden-Arcade and Woodland areas.
