Perhaps @Bill S. could shed a little more light on the local tenancy law.We have wording in our leases that tenants are required to maintain the premises at a temperature of at lease 12C (~55F) even when they are not present.  

I own a commercial office/warehouse building and recently lost my tenant to them purchasing their own location.  

But a great benefit to this one is that there is a very large attached warehouse (not garage) that will work very well for storage of materials for this property as well as other properties I hope to find in the coming years.

Restaurants/ warehouses and other commercial locations have this.  

During this period, the minimum temperature is 20C.

Hello Allwanting to purchase this 24 unit warehouse and have to ask myself ..self is this a good idea or not .....going over the numbers well there is not any numbers that's right place is empty yep so finding close by comps not there ...but I know I can rent them out quick.Thank youany ideas....?

Curious, as it's starting to get colder here, I'm thinking about when I will fire up my furnace for my four family and what temperature to set it to.When do you other landlords fire up your furnaces and what temp do you set them at?
