I would also love to be able to volunteer at an animal shelter in town and to help support it. 

i spend all my free time reading real estate books podcasts and doing anything to improve but I need a small guide getting started virtually to do it in US from Ireland🙏🏻  I will volunteer to work for you free for 90 days to prove i am all in for this

Have volunteered with Habitat for Humanity for 7 years, a day or so each year.Any recommendations with a realtor would be a great start I think.Thanks.

I'm retired but I do some volunteering, giving back to the community.

I don't volunteer personal information, and I don't ask them personal questions.

I do the administrative work for the farm, some volunteer work, and miscellaneous other stuff involved in keeping our lives on track.

That being said, I have joined CAREIA (http://www.meetup.com/CAREIA/) which is a non-profic group run by volunteers in hopes of learning something and helping me to decide. 

Volunteer to work their meetings for free if they wont let you join (because you are not an owner yet).In my investment firm, we get lists of owners from title data or Costar.  

Networking is key, join a few organizations and volunteer her time.
