If it's a G R E A T deal, why fuss about 5k or less - - go for  the throat, buy the lot and then sell for the 30k.

Mike R. , these are all good questions for an attorney that practices in the state the property is located.Evictions are very state specific and missing a step if you rush into it will only further prolong the process.
